How long will it take for my order to ship?
Because our nut butters are made in small batches to ensure freshness, please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order ships via USPS or UPS.
Do I need to refrigerate my Nerdy Nuts jars?
Refrigeration is not required, but it can help slow down the natural oil separation process. We recommend storing them in a cool, dry place and giving them a good stir before enjoying.
Are your products gluten-free and vegan?
Many of our flavors are gluten-free and vegan-friendly; however, since we use various mix-ins like cookies and pretzels, please check the specific allergen statement on each product page.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error, please contact our support team within 7 days for a replacement.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and to military APO/FPO addresses. We hope to expand our shipping capabilities to more countries in the near future.
Why is there oil at the top of my jar?
Oil separation is a natural occurrence in high-quality nut butters that do not contain heavy stabilizers. Simply stir the oils back in to restore the creamy consistency.
